My Story

Born and rasied in Miramichi, NB.​ MacKenzie has a passion for the mental health field. She believes every individual has the strengths and insights to create positive change. MacKenzie develops strong therapeutic relationships with her clients. She values genuine connection, authenticity, and compassion in her work. MacKenzie is here for you at every moment of your mental health journey.

MacKenzie can assist with areas of stress, anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, childhood dysfunction, loss, and issues of self-esteem and identity. Therapy is for everyone and can be for many reasons.
